Earn a professional diploma in less than a year and train with our Instructors Ontario Colleges. At NewCastle College our class sizes are small with 2/3 hands on training giving our students the most concentrated training for the culinary industry. Our continuing education classes run twice a week from 5:00 – 10:00pm
